Linkage Disequilibrium Map by Unidimensional Nonnegative Scaling

چکیده

A unidimensional nonnegative scaling model is used to construct linkage disequilibrium (LD) maps for human genome. The proposed constrained scaling model can be solved efficiently by transforming it to an unconstrained model. A LD map based on Hapmap data of 50000 SNPs is constructed by the proposed method using PC Clusters.
